Champions League final will be a Madrid derbyPosted on 01/05/2014 in Premier League
The Champions League final will be an all Madrid match-up after Diego Simeone's Atletico mugged Chelsea last night (April 30th).
Spain's La Liga leaders looked a class above Chelsea from the moment they equalised just before half-time and eventually sauntered to a 3-1 win.
The fallout has already begun at Stamford Bridge with Mourinho's defensive methods being questioned by the PFA Young Player of the Year Eden Hazard.
"Chelsea aren't set up to play football," the Belgian forward told beIN SPORTS' French station.
"I don't know what we lacked. After scoring, we had the game in our hands. Maybe they wanted it more than we did," he said.
Free from Mourinho's shackles, Real Madrid made it to their first Champions League final in over a decade with an earilier win over Bayern Munich and will now be hoping they can do what the Special One's current team couldn't do and beat Atletico.
